Your properties are certainly a keeper
I really meant to email you right after our stay but got real busy with Christmas and all, then promptly forgot until now. I want to thank you very much for your fabulous accommodations. Truly hated to leave.
Your mountain home is awesome - beautifully decorated and yet very comfortable. The kitchen has everything you would ever want for food prepration. The view is spectaular. We enjoyed our stay immensely and truly hated to leave. We hope to come back some day. —

Marie's Cabin
The cabin was a wonderful experience for our family. The cabin was in a convenient location (close enough to Leavenworth for our trips to town) and made a wonderful weekend escape from the hectic pace of day to day expectations. We were so pleased that the cabin had so many amenities, such as dishes, towels, bedding, etc....as we have stayed in many cabins that do not provide such things and this certainly saved us on our packing needs.
We have already told family and friends about the cabin and posted it on our facebook to share with friends. Thekids are already planning for us to make summer trip to the Cabin, so I'm certain we will return as summer arrives.
Thank you for our wonderful trip and experience. And an extra thank you for giving us 10% off in celebration of my 33rd birthday (which is why we were camping for the weekend).

P. S. We read the guest book in the cabin and would love to hear the story of the bobcat that is spoken about so many times in the journal. We looked all around, but didn't see the bobcat story anywhere (yet the bobcat is hanging on the wall). Maybe the story can be printed and framed next to the bobcat for future guests? —

Quiet & Serene with Helpful Staff
I went there the weekend AFTER the Memorial Day weekend. My party of 8 stayed in one of the 5 BR Villa's. The grounds were quiet and beautifully maintained. The villa was clean, spacious, very well equipped with washer/dryer/dishwasher/full kitchen and both cooking and eating utensils. On arrival, the villa's DVD player didn't work properly. It was replaced within the hour. The staff were friendly, had the right answer for everything we asked about, (Let me help you with that right now) and were very helpful to include helping me launch and recover my boat. My kids had a great time in the lodge or on the 18 hole miniature golf course. The cove is well protected so keeping the boat in the water was not a problem. I imagine the place goes insane during spring break and other major holidays but while I was there..it was quiet. I fully intend to return with my family and I congratulate the management and staff on a job well done. —

Sven's Place Tranquil and Peaceful

Perfectly laid out for our family
We have always stayed in a condo before but as our family grew that meant 3 or even 4 condos. So we finally picked a house and can't imagine a better one. Perfectly laid out for a larger group. The kids loved it, the adults loved it. And we still got all the resort priviledges. This is a much better bargain than the condos. —

Great Place for Families
I had a short window to get out of town, so just cold called the resort. It was great, they had Karaoke for the kids on Friday night, oldies rock for us fogies on Sat. night. Kids spent a lot of time in the water, the beach is muddy, not sandy, but they didn't care. Folks next to us came to the resort about 10 times in 2007, they said the new owners really are making it nice. If you have a boat, this is a good place, I don't, and still enjoyed it. We will go back next year. —

If Banks Lake is Your Place, Sunbanks is the Place to Stay
Nice place they have alot of camp spots or house and cabins. Great for a boat or jet ski. Nice little fire pit. All the staff are friendly.They went out of their way to please. Pull your boat right onto the shore or reserve a dock space. So reserve a spot or exspect to pull up on the beach or anchor out. All ways ask about security - - Nice place we would come back. —

Everyone was very impressed with the houses

Absolutely fell in love with the cabin.
My husband and I stayed at Marie's Cabin for Labor Day weekend 06, and we absolutely fell in love with the cabin. It was so romantic and peaceful. Even though we have traveled to many different palces around the world, this getaway was by far the most relaxing. We are planning a trip to Eruopre for 07, but we can't seem to stop thinking about the little cabin and our next visit. Thanks so much for such a wonderful experience, you have opened our eyes to the world of cabins in our own "backyard." —

It really is in the Heart of the Town
Our family loves Leavenworth and goes 2-3 times per year. We usually camp in the summertime and have stayed at a variety of places around Leavenworth in December. My husband and I just recently went to Oktoberfest and stayed at the Edelweiss. We had used Sunspots last year to rent a cabin and had a great experience, so we has similiar expectations this year.
We booked a little late and all they had were "european rooms." The nicest part is that it really is in the heart of the downtown. We enjoyed people watching out the window and could watch the parade from our window. When we were tired or needed to drop off things or change clothes (or use the bathroom) it was close. Our experience was that it was close, clean, available, and fairly cheap considering other hotels in the area. It suited our purpose for the weekend —
